Job Description

Developing, update, communicate and maintain cross-functional SOPs related to Regional Branches.
Support continuous process improvement for the Regional Branches and the corporate cross functions by conducting the proper problem-solving technique on issues.
Contributing to monitoring the Regional Branches budget management, to ensure controlled spending throughout the year.
Maintain and improve SLAs between Regional Branches and the other cross-functional departments to reach an effective way of working.
Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting Branches KPIs, dashboard, and performance for all regions to ensure data visibility and tracking.
Handling and Managing the Regional Branches’ initiatives and projects, and necessary follow up to ensure on time implementation.
Ensure Corporate level agreed on action plans in place, followed and implemented on a regional level for smooth deployment (e.g. projects and Internal Audit actions).
Managing the Regional Branches Accountability Meetings with other cross-functional stakeholders within the corporate e.g. Related Executive team, Corporate Department Heads, etc. (designing, adherence, reporting, and outcome handling).
Act as liaison between Regional Operations team and Regional Branches for common issues and monitor the progress.
