Position: Manager Sales & Relationship.
Location: UAE.
Employment Type: Permanent.
Salary Package: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month plus commission plan for sales.

Major Responsibilities:
•Effectively achieve/exceed sales targets.
•Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the middle east market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.
•Analyze markets and competition (competitive pricing, products, market activities) and implement appropriate growth measures.
•Understand and promote the unique benefits of company’s products and services.
•Answer sales and technical queries in cooperation with the operations / support team.
•Exhibit at customer events and trade shows and utilize those platforms to actively drive sales.
•Develop market presence of the company in a creative and entrepreneurial style.
•Maintain healthy sales opportunity pipelines.
•Responsible for contracts administration and timely renewals of service agreements.

Relationship (10%):
•Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships and develop a strong understanding of the customer’s business.
•Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times thereby ensuring retention & development of existing clients.

Operations (10%):
•Acts as a liaison between the client and operations team, coordinating with clients on projects and resolution of critical service issues.
•Responsible for the successful implementation of each new client.
•Closely liaise with the operations team in order to deliver superior customer satisfaction.
•Facilitate operational teams with their day to day operational activities.
•Implement business processes within the region.
•Responsible for overseeing and administration of the regional office.

•4-5 years of previous experience in sales 2-3 years of middle east market sales experience
•Demonstrated and proven sales results.
•Bachelor in business or equivalent.

•Fluent English and Arabic.
•Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
•Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions.
•Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics/requirements.
•Sales marketing knowledge.
•UAE driving license.
