Job Title: IT Officer
Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing technical support related to end user desktop issues on Microsoft platform. He will be following the best practices of IT service delivery standards such as ITIL to ensure timely resolution of end user trouble tickets.
Preferred Skill Set:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Technically updated and strong Internet search skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Must have good knowledge of system support with excellent trouble shooting skills
Suitable Profile:
Graduate in Computer Sciences
Minimum one year experience in a similar capacity
Flexible to work in 24x7x365 working environment.
