About the Company

Gulf Technical Factory ( www.gulftekarabia.com ) is a fast growing engineering equipment manufacturing company in Dammam Saudi Arabia in the business of manufacturing oil & gas equipment and support services. Its an Indian Saudi joint ownership company with most of the management from India.

About position

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of IT/ERP implementation manager for the purpose of IT management and ERP implementation coordination internally as well as with vendor during the implementation phase, and post-implementation manage maintenance and exploitation of ERP features, reports and facilities for maximum benefit and decision support of our company in addition to general IT department work.

Brief job description is as under: –

– Experience in analyzing business requirements and do fit gap analysis, requirement gathering process interacting with end users.

– Knowledge of AX functionality; Primarily in Finance or Supply chain modules’ will be preferred.

– Participate in Functional design reviews, Translate functional business requirements into a MS Dynamics AX application configuration design.

– Data upload / migration activity in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations

– Train and support end users on use of D 365 and any add-on software implemented by the company.

– Guide and support company with pilot testing.

– Configure and test Microsoft Dynamics 365 module configurations to ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements.

– Co-ordination with ERP implementation service provider for best suitable and successful ERP implementation in best efficient and within cost signed the contract.

– Coordinate with company department managers to explain them need and arrange error free required data within timeline agreed with service provider.

– Ensure timely execution and go live of all modules within agreed timeline and with accurate data migration and balances reconciliation.

– Advise management for any improvement area for better control and reporting and minimizing cost.

– Managing IT department with full responsibilities of ERP technical administration, backup, security, report development, email, networking, hardware and user facilitation etc.

– Any other ERP and IT department related responsibility for business operation.

Experience and Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / B. Tech in IT or any similar qualification with 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics/Oracle JDE implementation and post implementation development.

MS CSP certification

Proven track record in successfully implementing MSD for medium to large size manufacturing companies

Working experience in ERP provider company as functional or technical head/ consultant will be an added advantage.
