Your challenge

Responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating solution delivery projects from definition to taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams. The Solutions Project Manager is responsible for managing customer facing projects to implement solutions at customer sites, as agreed in the customer contract and Statement of Work, to achieve customer-defined success criteria. The Solution Delivery Project Manager leads solution delivery projects from inception to successful transition to support, and is responsible for full, integrated delivery including but not limited to clinical consulting, technical consulting, customer success and education deliverables

Other key responsibilities will include

• Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management team during the pre-sales process

• Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and actual customer need

• Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes

• Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers throughout all project phases

• Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.

• Conducting weekly project plan reviews with all stakeholders

• Managing risks and customer issues, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget

• Conducting pre and post calculation reviews and ”Lessons Learnt” for projects

• Organizing the execution of the actual installation and required user training

Your team

You will be working as part of a highly experienced, dynamic and diverse team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers.  Reporting to the Solution Delivery Leader META, you will also work closely with other Project and Account Managers, as well as various other areas of the Philips business.

We are looking for

• Bachelor Degree education or equivalent with sound proficiency in Healthcare Informatics

• Ideally, 5+ years of client side, Healthcare I.T Project Management experience

• Certified Project Manager; PMP or equivalent

• Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the Tender Management process

• Sound negotiation and stakeholder management experience

• Mandatory to speak Arabic

• Sound business & commercial acumen, with the ability to manage margins and budgets as well as identify new business opportunities
