Description

Service Manager – Dubai

1. Service manager is responsible of maintaining the SLA;
2. Own the reporting and provide visibility to the health of the operations;
3. Responsible of maintaining the processes & run books, and overall maintenance of ITSM tool set.
4. ITIL framework and excellent understanding of various ITIL processes
5. Networks.
6. In depth knowledge of market-leading Systems technology – #OS, #Database, #Applications.
• Minimum 8-10-year experience
• #ITIL Foundation Certification
• ITIL intermediate / Expert will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to plan and manage own work
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, understand priorities, constraints and problem escalation
• Capability to learn, grasp concepts and execute, through training, self-learning and interaction with colleagues
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication with users, peers and management
• Customer support mindset
• Ability to deal with change and conflict
• Have experience practicing Service Manager for a large enterprise (Preferably for a Global Event)
