Skills needed & Responsibilities:
• User & Roles Administration
• Strong Knowledge in SAP integration flows
• Strong Knowledge in SAP API Services
• Maintain Seed lists
• Manage Commercial Pressure Rules
• Diagnose Campaign related issues
• Co-ordinate Email/SMS/Social Campaign release issues with relevant Stockholders
• Check for Domain reputation related issues and initiate action with relevant SME’s
• Responding to How-to Queries
• Smoke test and Quality Assurance in PROD after Patch Updates
• Update of digital web platforms for Campaigns
• Training and skill updates on Hybris Features
• CPI Monitoring
• Approval Workflow Setup
• Sender Profile Registration for Email & SMS
• Reply-to Mailbox creation & maintenance
• Support campaign performance related reports
• Marketing area wise maintain Opt-in & Opt-out users
• Every month manually extract all the campaign response and upload into Amazon s3
• Tool related issues raise a case with SAP and follow up
• Troubleshoot integration service related issues
• SMS Sender ID registration with ESP for UAE users
