Retail Operations Manager/ Dubai

One of the client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to manage their retail operations based in GCC
Looking for someone who has a passion for the industry, customer service, and driving sales

Job Description:
End to End retail management – implementing retail procedures, and effectively managing retail operations of several stores.
Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets
Hire, train, develop, mentor and motivate the retail sales team to enhance job performance and achieve financial goals
Work with buying, marketing and other teams to fulfill the objectives of Retail
Regular visits to stores and travel to the regions to ensure that the stores are functioning as per expectations
Ensure compliance of policies and procedures of the retail stores and the company
Address and resolve customer grievances.

+5 Years’ experience within a retail operation position or similar ( Area Manager, Regional Manager)
Arabic Speaking candidate will be an advantage
This position would require traveling and working retail hours.
Must be a people person
Ability to Multitask
Excellent communication and time management skills
