Position : Performance management Specialist
Location: Riyadh
The candidate MUST have:
– Bachelor degree in Business administration or relevant
– 3-6 years of experience
– Very Good communication skills
– Very Good English
Key responsibilities:
– Identify divisions & departmental KPI’s that generate risks in terms of corporate target achievement
– Support business units in the generation of new initiatives to address achievement gaps
– Track implementation of new initiatives to assess the initiatives benefits met
