Human Resource Executive

Description

The role consists of aligning staff to business objectives and managing HR tasks for the organization. The HR Executive should demonstrate an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, high standards and productivity.

Additional HR Executive responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.

• Develop HR policies, and practices
• Engage with employees on HR matters
• Support in the implementation of COE Talent Management Agenda
• Manage HR and admin daily operations
• Manage HR softwares and tools related to payroll
• Coordinate with TA team on recruitment process as per business needs and strategy
• Monitor labour laws changes and evaluate impacts on business operations
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
• Maintain records of personnel-related data
• Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Support other functions as assigned

Competencies and Profile

Experience

• 3-5 years professional experience as a HR generalist.
• Healthcare or Pharmaceutical environment will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in any discipline
• Recognised professional HR certification will be advantageous
