Description

As the Customer Relations Coordinator you will ensure that you are compliant with the policies and procedures of the organization and offer consistency in service delivery. You will assist in resolving customer complaints, improving customer service, and maintaining satisfied customers.

You will Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions and

Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship. You will handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner and assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc.

You will monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers, handle incoming phone calls related to; return material requests, product samples, order referrals, sales promotions, etc. You are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a customer focused attitude which will help to build strong relationship with our global customers.

Qualifications

What we look for

Required

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2-5 years in Customer service role in Retail / Service sector
  • Working knowledge in SAP and experience in handling Logistics
  • Strong Computer skills, including MS Office & Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, process oriented and customer focused
