JOB PURPOSE |
Provides technical support and administration of Learning managemnt system, Collaboration and Online Assissments platforms at the University |
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES & EXPECTATIONS |
- Analyze business processes and requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
- Develop and manage Business intelligent and reporting solutions
- Provide reports and dashboard to represent data from different systems
- Report students and academic data in clear visualized way in graphs different formats.
- Plan, Adopt and Test instructional technologies and reporting tools that serves the learning needs at the university.
- Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE |
- B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.·

COMPETENCIES |
- Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results
- Knowledge and experience on Learning Management Systems (Blackboard) and other instructional technologies tools
- Knowledge and experience on ERP and accreditation solutions
- Experience in SQL DB including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration
- Knowledge in Analytic tools and Technologies such as C#, VSTO, SharePoint, SAS, Power BI and software
- Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes
- Strong customer service skills and sound Inter-personal skills
- Excellent conceptual and analytical problem-solving abilities and solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Arabic and English
