· Facilitate Corporate S&OP Process and engaging key stakeholders, and providing critical insights to Cluster Management team for: Demand Forecasting vs budgets and targets, Sourcing options and Product transitions
· Lead all Short and Long-term planning activities and decisions to maximize service levels while reducing inventories and end to end SC costs
· Manage Supply Chain transitions of any M&A
· Coordinate and collaborate with relevant internal and external teams and leaders to improve SC responsiveness
· Lead Planning Loss analysis and Value Creation activities
· Improve planning systems, infrastructure, tools and methods
· Improve people’s technical mastery on planning systems
· Monitor SC KPI’s, lead gap analysis and action planning with proper PDCA
Supervises
Demand, Supply, Import & Export, Materials Planners and Plant Scheduler
Accountabilities
Integrated Planning Manager is responsible for entire “Forecast to Stock” cycle coordination. The role oversees delivering excellent service levels while minimizing inventory and COGS. The role ensures that right demand inputs are gathered, converted into an optimal supply plan and executed in excellence through a robust S&OP process. Integrated Planning Manager is the key contact with internal stakeholders in the market (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing), as well as external teams (i.e. Planning Teams, R&D, Regional Program Management Leaders, etc).

· 5-15 M USD Inventory Value
· 50 – 100 M USD turnover
· 20 – 50 K Tons of Sales
· 500- 1000 SKU’s
· 4-8 direct reports
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field of study and seven or more years of production planning, purchasing and supervisory experience.
- Proven capability in an ERP system as user, in-depth S&OP process knowledge connected to SC planning theories, strong MS Office skills (especially Excel & PPoint). Full fluency in English.
- Strong business acumen, opportunity seeker. Effective collaboration, communication, supervision and coordination, decision making, “can do” attitude with internal motivation and initiative taking.
